How do i add them to the movie?

in the input tab you select your movie and your subtitles

if you rename the subtitle to match the movie name, then it will be inserted automatically, for example

my_movie.avi
my_movie.srt

i dont have to download any subtitle files? when i added the move and selected subtitels it didnt gave me any options.

Yes, you have to download subtitles from elsewhere

I don't know, I don't use that site for portuguese subtitles

You must make a search in Google for your language subtitles, or ask in VideoHelp
