Using HCEnc 0.23

If anybody wants to use HCEnc 0.23 instead of the included 0.22, its very simple

Just download the latest release, and either replace the existing files in the install folder and rename it to what the original files were. This way AVI2ISO will use HCEnc 0.23 instead of HCEnc 0.22

Just rename the file to HCEnc_022.exe.bak and HCGui_0.22.exe.bak, then copy the 0.23 executables, making sure you rename as the 0.22 executables and things will be fine
